Kamal Haasan's comeback tweet after a long hiatus was very severe in criticizing the RK Nagar voters whom he accused of selling their constitutional rights to the winning candidate which he likened to begging from a looter.  As expected TTV Dinakaran's supporters all over the state have put up posters condemning the legendary actor.

Meanwhile advocate Siva Aruthra a resident of RK Nagar and Sadik Basha of Udumalapet have lodged separate police complaints against Kamal for degrading the people of the constituency.  The police have reportedly not filed FIRs but would be sending notices seeking explanation.  On his way to Malaysia to participate in the Natchathira Vizha, Kamal told waiting newsmen at the airport that he is ready to explain his stand if the need arises.
