Actress Aishwarya lekshmi had made her debut in the Malayalam movie Njandugalude Naatil Oridavela and acted in hits like Mayaanadhi and Varathan. Aishwarya Lekshmi made her debut in Tamil cinema last year with Vishal's Action.

Aishwarya Lekshmi, who's quite active on social media, had recently revealed her crush on her Instagram story. The actress shared photos of yesteryear heroine Shobana, and captioned it "Heart and Soul, Forever crush".

Coincidentally, just like Shobana played the female lead in Maniratnam's Thalapathy, Aishwarya Lekshmi is playing one of the female leads in Maniratnam's upcoming mega movie Ponniyin Selvan. Besides, Aishwarya Lekshmi is also acting in Dhanush's Jagame Thanthiram.
