Chef Dhamu: From Kitchen to Kollywood

Popular chef and television personality Dhamu is making his debut in the new movie Ulkuthu` starring the Attakathi` pair Dinesh and Nandita Shwetha. The film is said to be a take on the lives of fishermen and the fish trade. It is unclear as of now if Dhamu is playing a chef in the movie too, but the team reveals it is an important role.

Ulkuthu` is directed by Caarthick Raju and stars Dinesh, Nandita Shwetha, Rajendran, Bala Saravanan and Dileep Subbarayan also makes his debut as actor along with Chef Dhamu. The shooting is set to begin from tomorrow the 10th of August and is expected to go on for forty five days nonstop.
