Police rescue Powerstar Sreenivasan's wife from kidnappers

Dr. Powerstar Sreenivasan who is known for his comedic roles in movies is also a controversial figure often ending up in jail for financial frauds. A few days back his wife lodged a complaint that her husband has been kidnapped and a day later their daughter called a press meet stating that both her parents have been kidnapped by a gang who are forcing them to transfer property to their names. Based on the complaints of Powestar's daughter and the return of the man himself from Ooty the cops have rescued Julie who was in the custody of some men in the hillstation and have arrested them.
