Prasanna, one of the young actors to impress with his adroit choice of roles and movies, is awaiting the release of his Kannum Kannum directed by Marimuthu.

Shooting for another movie titled Manjal Veyyil opposite Bhavana to be produced by GV Films is slated to commence soon.

Meanwhile, Prasanna will feature in a hilarious entertainer titled Cheena Thana 001.

The film to be directed by veteran director T P Gajendran would go to floors this year-end. Search for a heroine is on.

Prasanna, until now, had played serious roles. His movies including Five Star, Azhagiya Theeye and Kasthoorimaan portrayed him in different dimensions.

For the first time, he would do a hilarious role in Cheena Thana 001.
