Mahesh (Bharath) hallucinates that a dog (Premgi Amaren) is a man, and the plot revolves around the comic incidents that follow. Reportedly a black comedy, Simba also stars Telugu actress Bhanu Mehra of Varudu fame, and Swathi Dixit.
