Priyanka Chopra, elated about taking up one of the positions as an executive producer on the Oscar-nominated documentary To Kill a Tiger, shared its trailer. Netflix will soon release this film worldwide. The trailer focuses on a father's fight for his daughter's justice. Priyanka wrote, "Truly remarkable." Fans and industry members praised the trailer. Huma Qureshi dropped heart emojis, and a user said, "This is incredible."

Priyanka eagerly announced her addition to the To Kill a Tiger team as one of its executive producers alongside Dev Patel and Mindy Kaling. She said, "I am so thrilled to join the 'To Kill a Tiger' team as an executive producer, sitting in incredible company with Academy Award-nominated documentaries." The film directed by Nisha Pahuja had won awards worldwide but had not been distributed in the United States when it made the Oscar documentary shortlist.

Ranjit, a poor farmer, faces the brutal assault of his 13-year-old daughter Kiran in the film. Pressured by his village to drop charges against the attackers, Ranjit and his wife Jiganti refused. The story unfolds in the Indian state of Jharkhand. To Kill a Tiger, according to a release, "serves as a testament to the boundless love and unyielding determination of a devoted father for his cherished daughter."

She has a role in the film Heads of State, where she acts alongside John Cena and Idris Elba. She will also be part of the cast in Farhan Akhtar's upcoming directorial, Jee Le Zaraa, alongside Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt.
