After a stunning performance in 'Madras' young actor Kalaiyarasan has got the much needed break in his career. He has also acted with Superstar Rajinikanth in 'Kabali' the next film of Pa.Ranjith after 'Madras'.

In the meantime Kalaiyarasan has acted in the lead role in few films. The recently released horror comedy 'Darling 2' had him playing one of the leads. He also has 'Raja Mandhiri' in which he plays the male lead, getting ready to release soon. He also has a few more projects in the pipeline and he plays the hero in them,

Yesterday noted producer C.V.Kumar known for providing avenue for experimental small and medium budget films. has launched a new film under his banner with a formal pooja. This film will have Kalaiyarasan and Janani Iyer of 'Avan Ivan' and 'Thegidi' fame in lead roles. The yet to be titled film will be directed by Rohin Venkatesan,.a debutant.

The shooting of the film is expected to begin soon while the team is currently busy finalizing the cast and crew members.
