Producer of Chiranjeevis film dies

Nara Jayashree Devi, a producer well known in the Telugu and Kannada film industries, is no more. She breathed her last on Wednesday noon in Hyderabad. Her mortal remains will be shifted to Bengaluru, her city of residence, later today.

Devi produced a few popular movies. Chiranjeevi's 'Sri Manjunatha' is one of them. She bankrolled a number of medium-range movies in Sandalwood.

Last year, the woman was arrested by the Bengaluru police in connection with a cheque bounce case.
