The title of this film ‘Punarambha’ befitting to the comeback of Dr Vijayakumar to cinema! A decade plus later Dr Vijayakumar is returning to acting and also taking up direction in his career. He is also producer with Roopesh Kumar in Vibhin Creations. The film has story and screenplay from Dr Vijayakumar who is in lead role.
‘Rare to Dream’ – a dreamer in life is the protagonist. This is a commercial entertainer; the protagonist facing hiccups in business finally reaches the doors of success. He gets anonymous money and how he change over in life rest of the film. Money cannot give happiness is in addition to the topics of drugs among youths are loaded in this film screenplay.
Aishwarya Dinesh a former Miss Karnataka and model plays the female lead. K Ganesh Rao is in friend role to Dr Vijayakumar. Dr V Nagendra Prasad besides scoring music written a few songs with Jayanth Kaikini eminent writer on board.
