As we all know Kamal Haasan has been getting opposition and threats from various groups and individuals for the Big Boss Tamil reality show that he has been hosting. Now a 'ghost from the past' is back to join the chorus against the show.

Dr.Krishnasamy of Puthiya Tamizhagam party has announced that his party will conduct severe protests if Kamal Haasan refuses to apologise for the Cheri behaviour comment of Gayathri Raghuram, who is one of the contestants of the show. The political leader has said that the offensive comment of the actress is against the principle of Social Justice. He has also urged the Tamil Nadu Government to come forward and take action against the Big Boss show for airing this comment.

It is worth recalling that Krishnasamy and his party conducted various protests across the state when Kamal Haasan titled his 2004 film as 'Sandiyar', citing that a film with such a title would incite violence across certain districts of Tamil Nadu. Later Kamal had to change the title of the film as 'Virumaandi' which eventually turned out to be a critically acclaimed box office hit.
