R.J. Balaji had teased that he would be making a big announcement today (18/5/2018) which caused speculation that he would be making his foray into politics.  As promised by the RJ turned comedian the announcement was made at the IPL match between CSK and DD.  Balaji is entering politics but only on reel.

R.J Balaji is the latest in the long list of comedians to turn hero and his film is interestingly titled 'LKG' directed by debutante Prabhu and produced by Dr. Iyswari Ganesh under the banner Vels Films International.  Priya Anand plays the leading lady.   Former politician Nanjil Sampath is also said to make his debut in this political staire and the rest of the cast and crew details will be out soon.
