We all know that legendary actor and politician Captain Vijayakanth passed away due to health issues on December 28th at the age of 71. He has helped many actors, artists, and directors in the film industry. He was hailed as the Puratchi Kalaignar because of the same.

Leading actor Raghava Lawrence revealed today that he has decided to help Vijayakanth's son Shanmuga Pandian in his cinema career. He posted a video regarding the same. This video garnering much traction on the internet now. Shanmuga Pandian debuted 'Sagaptham' and also acted in 'Madura Veeran'. He will be next seen in the movie, 'Padai Thalaivan'.

In the video, Raghava said, "Me and my mother visited Vijayakanth sir's memorial day before yesterday. We also went to Vijayakanth sir's home and met his family. His wife, sons and some relatives were there. While we were talking that day, a relative of them said that Shanmuga Pandian is an upcoming hero in the film industry. They asked me to help him in his career.

I got very emotional after that because Vijayakanth sir has helped so many artists, heroes and people in his life. So, what they said about Shanmuga Pandian kept buzzing in my mind. I thought I should do something for them. Vijayakanth sir has boosted many heroes' careers by doing cameos. I have worked with him as a choreographer in the Mookuthi Muthazhagu song in the 'Kannupada Poguthaiya' movie.

Vijayakanth sir encouraged me a lot back then. Now, I should do something for his family. I think I can share this with you all. I am thinking of expressing my love for Vijayakanth sir by doing superb publicity and promotions for his son's movie. Not only that, if the filmmakers agree, I am ready to do a cameo role in Shanmuga Pandian's films. May it be a fight, song or scene, I am ready to play any role they want me to.

Vijayakanth sir helped so many heroes. This is how we can pay back his love. I hope his soul rest in peace. I'm ready to do a multistarrer with Shanmuga Pandian if anybody has a dual-hero story. I also wish Captain's other son Vijaya Prabhakaran in his political career. I had these thoughts, so I'm sharing this here."
