Raghava Lawrence hands over Rs.1 Cr Cheque to Abdul Kalam Foundation

A good number of actors today are trying to give back to the society and the latest to join the list is Raghava Lawrence.

It is well-known that Lawrence has recently announced he is going to set up a foundation in the name of former president APJ Abdul Kalam and donated Rs. 1 Crore. The 'Ganga' actor has handed over the cheque to Vikatan editor, who is administering the foundation.

On the work front, Lawrence is acting in ''Motta Siva Ketta Siva", which is the remake of Kalyan Ram's super hit entertainer 'Pataas' and will also start working on his another directorial venture 'Naaga' soon.
