Controversy drawing for more than a year delay for Neer Dose` Kannada film has hiccups at the producer level and also at the star cast level. There is a litigation related to it.

Sandalwood Queen Ramya is keeping silent till the verdict comes. But the director of the film Vijayaprasad of Sidlingu` fame is thinking of an alternative to Ramya portion.

Speaking to a few media persons on Monday Vijayaprasad left a clue that says Ragini Dwivedi will be taking over the role of Ramya in Neer Dose`. The heroine portion is shot again according to the calculations and the takeover of producer is also on its way.

For obtaining the clearance certificate, there is already a court case related to the film. Whenever Ramya is asked on this Neer Dosai` she maintained silence and told that the issue is in the court.

For starting the film Neer Dose` the clearance from Ramya and different departments connected to it would be conducive.
