It's known that Dr. Rajasekhar is currently doing a crime-thriller titled 'Sekhar'. Directed by newcomer Lalith Kumar, the film was shot in Hyderabad and Araku earlier this year before the second wave.

The news is that the makers have roped in two actresses for the female lead roles. Muskaan Khubhchandani of 'George Reddy' fame is all set to play an intense role in the promising film. Muskaan was seen last year in the Hindi-language OTT release 'Laxmii', starring Akshay Kumar in the lead.

The other actress is Anu Sithara, who is a Mollywood film personality..

'Sekhar' will see Rajasekhar sporting a salt-and-pepper look. It is expected to hit the screens later this year.

The 'Kalki' actor will also be doing a film with 'Gatham' director Kiran Kondamanadugula. The project will take off after the second wave subsides.
