After the demise of former Chief Ministers Jayalalithaa and Karunanidhi, legendary actors Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan have stepped into the political domain. It’s been nearly a year and a half since Kamal Haasan started a party of his own. Even though Rajinikanth is yet to start one, it is believed that 90 percent of the work is done, and an announcement is expected to be made any minute. Hence, Rajini and Kamal are expected to bring out a major reform in the upcoming assembly election.

The unveiling of the statue of late Mr. Karunanidhi is happening at the Anna Arivalayam tomorrow. Sonia Gandhi, former president of the Indian National Congress, is attending the event, along with several heads of states, and chief ministers of a few states.

M.K. Stalin, President of the DMK, has invited Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan to attend the event, and they are expected to be present. Apparently, they will not be attending the rally that is happening in the YMCA ground tomorrow.

It is believed that Karunanidhi has been a mentor and a good friend as well to both Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan.
