"I never expected Kamal's political entry" - Rajini

Today when Superstar Rajinikanth was leaving to attend the launch of MGR's animated 'Kizhakku Africavil Raju' newsmen caught up with him at his Poes Garden residence gate.  When asked about Kamal launching his own party he said he wished him all the best.

When Rajini was quizzed whether he knew about his rival and friend's sudden political entry, he stated that he did not see it coming but still wished him luck.  About aligning with Kamal in future, Rajini was quick to say that only time will tell but in the same breath he assured that he is ready to face a general election even if it is as early as six months from now.
