Putting an end to a month long wait, speculations and talks of yet another postponement, Kalaipuli.S.Thanu, the producer of Superstar Rajinikanth's 'Kabali' has confirmed that the film will hit the screens on July 22 across the globe.

Prior to this Pa.Ranjith directed International don flick was watched by the Censor board officials who accorded a clean U certificate for the film, which makes it suitable for all age groups and also eligible for the 30% Entertainment Tax Exemption provided by the Tamil Nadu State Government.

Now we learn another interesting information that July 22 will be a day of double joy for Thanu as it will also mark the 100th day of his previous production 'Theri' starring Ilayathalapathy Vijay. The film directed by Atlee released on April 14 and has turned out to be a huge blockbuster of 2016.

Posters featuring Thalaivar and Thalapathy with the words reading as ''Kabali from Today' and 'Theri 100th day' are already rocking the social media.

Meanwhile it is worth noting that 'Kabali' will be releasing in whopping number of screens across the globe in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malay and Sinhala languages.
