Ram Charan's availability for Acharya depends on the film RRR. He won't be able to give his dates to Acharya as still much of his portion needs to be shot for RRR along with NTR.

The movie RRR will start production from August, if the situation is better than what it is now. NTR and Ram Charan have promised Rajamouli that they will complete his movie and then go on others.

Chiranjeevi wanted Ram Charan for his Acharya to fulfil his wish of them both working in a film. But that might wish have to wait for some more time. Apparently, with re-scheduling of shoots, Charan has to give more dates to RRR, it seems.

Hence, Chiru asked Koratala to decide up on whom to cast - some star or will they wait for Ram Charan. The director will take a decision, once he is done with re-scheduling of Acharya shoot dates, it seems.
