Ramesh Aravind takes up detective serial

The actor cum director much in demand Ramesh Aravind is highly relieved with the success of his second directorial venture 'Satyavan Savitri' rocking at the box office. He is now heading the creative team and producing a television serial for the new Kannada channel 'Kasturi' headed by wife of Karnataka chief Minister H.D.Kumaraswamy – Smt.Anitha Kumaraswamy.

Ramesh Aravind is likely to direct this television serial based on case studies. He has script ready for 60 episodes. Ananthnag has to return from his shoot of 'Gaalipata' for the start of this television serial 'Detective Drona'. Ananthnag is high on popularity chart in small screen as his 'Preethi Illadha Mele' is currently the No.1 television serial. He is playing a judge in the name of Rajasekhara Hampapura in 'Preethi Illadha Mele' that is on air in ETV from Monday to Friday at 9.30 pm.

For his novel thoughts and creative team Ramesh Aravind has got the confirmation from one of the top actors of this country Ananthnag to head 'Detective Drona' television serial. With this Ramesh Aravind has entered the small screen too. He is up to two films along with this project. 'Accident' (a film with this name was made in 1980 in Kannada) and another one he is working out for the corporate sector of Bangalore are the two Kannada films ready to go on the floors.
