Githan Ramesh is eagerly awaiting the release of his next venture Madhu being directed by a debutant Thennarasu.

Cast opposite Priyamani, Ramesh hopes that it would help him sustain the success of his maiden venture Githan.

'This will be a good family entertainer. I can surely vouch for its clean entertainment value,' says director Thennarasu.

Ramesh, whose Jerry is also due for release, is in an upbeat mood. Priyamani is equally optimistic. She is sure that the film will do well at the box office.

The cast includes Vivek, Ashish Vidyarthi, Nizhalgal Ravi, Rekha, Janavi and Thalai Vaasal Vijay.

Ilaiyaraaja has scored the music and editing by B Lenin.

Ramesh, meanwhile, has been to Australia on a honeymoon trip.
