Provogue has teamed up with the makers of the Aamir Khan starrer "Rang De Basanti" to launch its Fall-Winter 2005 collection and has also created a special limited edition line of "Rang De Basanti" merchandise.

The event, held earlier this week at Crosswords in association with UTV and director Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra, marks the brand's strong endeavor to reach out to the youth of this country.

Aamir Khan was there to promote Provogue's special "Rang De Basanti" merchandise.

Choreographed by Aparna-Tanya, the show also featured top models like Niketan Madhok, Zulfikar Sayed, Deepika Padukone, Tupur-Tapur, Aditya Bal and fresh faces Sanya Sheikh and Sahil Shroff.

Daler Mehndi performed to the tune of the title song of "Rang de Basanti".

Other performances for the evening included Ganesh Acharya and his troupe and music group Paathshala.

"Rang De Basanti" tells the story of today's youth and mirrors the kind of lives they lead. It revolves around an English lady who comes to India to make a documentary film on Indian revolutionaries and a bunch of college students working in it.
