Check out the new poster and release date of Adivi Seshs biographical drama Major

The release of Adivi Sesh's upcoming biographical drama 'Major' has underwent a slight change of date. It was set to release on 27th of May but according to latest developments, it will now hit the theatres on 3rd of June. On Wednesday, Adivi took to his Instagram account to share a new poster and release date of the film.

Based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, the film is a passion project for Adivi Sesh, who considers Major Sandeep as a personal hero. The film will follow Major Unnikrishnan's NDA days, Kargil War and his time in the NSG. A major chunk of the movie would be set around 26/11 Mumbai attacks during which Major Sandeep made ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

Also starring Sobhita Dhulipala, Saiee Manjrekar, Prakash Raj, Revathi and Murali Sharma, 'Major' has been bankrolled by Mahesh Babu's GMB Entertainment and A+S Movies.
