In a show of strength, Sekhar Kammula's 'Fidaa' recorded a huge TRP figure when it was premiered on Star Maa channel on Sept 24. A very high TVR of 17.3 in the F15+ ABC category has become its own. In urban areas, the same stands at 20.82, with the average put at 15.60 (for urban plus rural). Overall, it's 21.3 TVRs.
On the other hand, the grand finale of 'Bigg Boss', NTR's reality show, garnered a TVRs of 14.1.
While the former is a 2.5 hrs, non-prime time affair, the latter is a 4.5 hrs, prime time affair. Effectively, both have done phenomenally well, considering the fact that Bigg Boss was a 70-day affair.
