Woah! Salman Khan's 'Bharat' Gets Bigger!

Woah! Salman Khan’s ‘Bharat’ Gets Bigger!

There is a happy news for all the Salman Khan fans! The family of Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Bharat’ has just gotten bigger and the fans really can’t keep calm this time! Because the one who has made the latest entry is none other than our very own Jackie Shroff. It will be a perfect visual treat for everyone to watch Jaggu da playing the role of Sallu Bhai’s father in the movie. One of the key aspects of ‘Bharat’ is the eternal bond between a father and son and it will be a delight to see this combo.

Talking about Shroff as Khan’s father for ‘Bharat’, Ali shared, “We met Jaggu da (Jackie Shroff) in London and discussed his dates and looks. I have wanted to work with him for a long time as I feel he is the perfect amalgamation of a star and actor. I was very glad as Jackie sir instantly agreed with the story to do the film in just 20 mins of narration."

‘Bharat’ also features Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover, Tabu and Nora Fatehi in the lead roles apart from Salman and Jackie. After wrapping the first schedule in Mumbai, the team has recently completed the second schedule in Malta. Next, they will be heading to Abu Dhabi for two weeks where some stunt and romantic scenes will be shot. The film is all set to hit the screens on Eid 2019.
