Salman Khan to act in Eega-2

Writer Vijayendra Prasad has said that Salman Khan has agreed to act in Eega-2. He has said this speaking at a BOFTA session. He was invited there to participate in an interactive session as a writer of the Bollywood BO sensational Bhajrangi Bhaijaan.
Vijayendra Prasad has been a creative force behind Rajamouli's films like Magadheera and Baahubali, but Eega was primarily Rajamouli's brain child. The 2012 fantasy film had created a lot of pre-release buzz owing to the story line. A hit movie, it bought Rajamouli some pan-Indian coverage, although incomparable to what Baahubali brought him.
It has to be seen if Eega-2 will be made on a gargantuan scale directed by Rajamouli. The father-son duo must be thinking of creating sensation in Hindi Post Baahubali-The Conclusion.
He has also said that the idea of Eega was basically inspired by Steven Spielberg's ET, an American epic science fiction family film.
