Samuthirakani campaigns for his friend!

With the Lok Sabha elections for Tamil Nadu scheduled on April 18. all the candidates and their leaders are campaigning and are on a constituency visit and public interaction mode to impress people as much as possible, and film stars and celebrities have also jumped into the political arena, campaigning for various parties.
Just as we witnessed director Karu Palaniappan campaigning for DMK Thoothukudi candidate Kanimozhi, the latest star campaigner who has did it without any party inclination happens to be director/ actor Samuthirakani, who campaigned for his friend, CPM candidate of Madurai Su.Venkatesan.
During his campaign, Samuthirakani said that Venkatesan is a gem of a person, and electing him as an MP will help bring change in Madurai and help the next generations. Besides he said that not just money, but truth and honesty are needed to win elections, and Su.Venkatesan has them in abundance, and that he will help Madurai transform better.
