Exclusive: Samuthirakani reveals his plans to direct Sasikumar again

Director-Actor Samuthirakani is being showered with praises from all quarters for his riveting performance in the recently release 'Visaranai'. With the films he has so far acted, he has already registered himself strongly as a powerful actor who could don positive as well as negative character with ease.

After 'Visaranai', Samuthirakani has completed shooting for Dhanush's production venture 'Amma Kanakku', Sasikumar starrer 'Vetrivel' and a couple of other films. He is also busy directing 'Appa' in which he acts in the lead role also.

In an exclusive interview to Indiaglitz, Samuthirakani said that 'Appa' will be a lesson to fathers about how they should treat their children and claims that it will be a tribute to his Godfather. Iyakkunar Sigaram K.Balachander.

Samuthirakani also revealed that he will soon direct a film with his good friend Sasikumar in the lead role and the announcement on the same can be expected very soon.

Samuthirakani has earlier directed two films with Sasikumar 'Nadodigal' and 'Porali' and both the films were successful. In turn Samuthirakani acted as the villain in Sasikumar's debut directorial 'Subramaniapuram' and as a Police investigator in 'Easan', the second and last film directed by Sasikumar so far.
