Its been a while since a Santhanam movie released and fans are eager to have a laugh fest after being bombarded with action movies this year so far. It has just been announced that Santhanam's 'Gulugulu' will hit the screens on July 29th.

The major highlight of 'Gulugulu' is that it is directed by Rathna Kumar who is fresh from writing two of the biggest blockbuster hits in recent times namely Thalapathy Vijay's 'Master' and Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram' both directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. His debut movie 'Meyaadha Maan' has already established him as filmmaker with great comical flair.

'Gulugulu' has music by Santhosh Narayanan and the cast comprises of Santhanam, Athulya Chandra, Namitha Krishnamurthy, Pradeep Rawat, Mariyam George, Sai Dheena, 'Lollu Sabha' Maaran, 'Lollu Sabha' Seshu, TSR Bipin, Kavi. Harish, Yuvaraj, Mauri Dass & others.
