Intriguing first look poster of Sarathkuma's Encounter out

Playing a cop isn't new to our veteran actor Sarathkumar. The 'Ayya' actor is once again donning the Khaki in his upcoming film Encounter. As the title suggests he will play an encounter specialist in this film. The first look poster of Encounter was released recently and it has increased the expectation over this film.
In the first look poster, Sarathkumar was seen in a bearded look which with a gun in his hand. He looked uber cool with his shaded on but looked fierce and focused at the same time. This cop thriller is directed by S.T. Vendhan of Inbha fame
The film which was previously named Velacherry Thuppaki Soodu is now renamed 'Encounter'. The film also stars Ineya, Nizhalkal Ravi and Pandi. Produced by T Rajeshwari of VR Movies, Encounter will have music by Achu Rajamani.
Meanwhile, Sarath Kumar, who recently made his Tamil OTT debut with Irai, has films like 'Paramporul', 'The Smile Man' and Mani Rathnam's 'Ponniyin Selvan' in different stages of development.
