Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's next big screen outing 'Sarbjit' is one of the most awaited film this year. Starring Randeep Hooda in the title role, the film is slated to hit the screens this summer.

As per reports, the Omung Kumar directorial is scheduled to release this May 20th. Incidentally, the film was earlier meant to be released on May 19th - that is, Thursday. However, the co-producer of 'Srabjit', Priya Gupta, confirmed and announced the film's new date. "#Sarbjit directed by @OmungKumar starring #AishwaryaRaiBachchan, @RandeepHooda@RichaChadha_ @DarshanKumaar to be released on May 20," tweeted Gupta.

Also featuring Richa Chadha and Darshan Kumar, 'Sarbjit' is a true story of a sister's 23 year struggle to release her brother Sarbjit from Pakistani jail.
