R Madhavan is on a roll with his selection of movies. The 'Saala Khadoos' and 'Vikram Vedha' actor is now all set to play a cameo in 'Zero', the Shah Rukh Khan film, which is a Christmas 2018 release.

However, this one will be a special appearance and not a full-fledged role. The film has a slew of cameos of the late Sridevi, Salman Khan, Kajol, Deepika Padukone, Karishma Kapoor. Interestingly the film is being directed by Anand L.Rai who made 'Tanu Weds Manu' and its sequel with Maddy in the lead.

Madhavan will also be seen in a prominent role in 'Savyasachi', the Naga Chaitanya-Chandoo Mondeti movie. The thriller will be out in the theatres in July. (It has been unofficially postponed from June 14).
