National Award winning filmmaker Onirs film "Shab" is set to be screened at the Indian Film Festival of Sydney and the Indian Film Festival Melbourne in August.

Sharing his excitement, Onir said in a statement: "I am looking forward to present our film as the closing film at the Indian Film Festival Melbourne (August 22) and the opening film at Indian Film Festival of Sydney (August 18)."

"I have fond memories of doing so with 'I Am' along with actress Juhi Chawla. This time, I will be attending the festival with actress Raveena Tandon and the male lead of 'Shab', Ashish Bisht. Australia-based actor Raj Suri, who is a part of the cast, will also attend the screening."

Set in Delhi, the romance-drama is a story of people coming from different walks of life, some in the search for love and some towards the realisation of their dreams.

It released on Friday.
