No press meet, no audio launch- 'Tamizh Padam 2' confident entry

We know the importance of promotions in film industry. Be it Kollywood or Bollywood, promotions have played a vital role in changing the performance of the movies in theatres. Good movies have been not well received due to bad promotions while bad movies have aced the box office performance just because the promotions were just too good.
However, for Shiva’s ‘Tamizh Padam 2’, the director seems to have taken a complacent yet confident approach. Guess what, the movie hasn’t had an audio launch event or even a press meet. The film has made an excellent online campaign that taking other efforts to spread word about the movie seems redundant.
Like some major star movies, ‘Tamil Padam 2’ has also been allotted early morning shows which goes to show the power of the promotions that the film has garnered. The film posters have not failed to mock each and everyone including POTUS also. The film bankrolled by YNOT Studios is slated to hit the screens tomorrow.
