When it comes to making a bold dash to fame, Shruthi Haasan's ways are unique. She began as a musician (Eenadu) and went on to croon some peppy numbers with a band. It did not take her many years to realise that acting was her calling too. She turned into an actress with Luck in 2009 and has so far acted in a couple of Tamil and Telugu films. However, her best is going to be seen in future.

She is on a roll these days, with high-profile films with her in the lead in the making. Making the industry swoon to her glamour and antics is Shruthi, who has Oh My Friend with Siddharth and Gabbar Singh with Pawan Kalyan in her kitty. She has signed on the dotted line for Boyapati Sreenu's film, where she will act opposite Junior NTR.

If her shot to fame in Tollywood is surprising, even more interesting is the projects she is bagging in Tamil. 7 Aam Aviru (7th Sense in Telugu) with Surya in the lead is slated for release for Diwali. 3, where she will be seen opposite Dhanush, is another big-ticket film. To be directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, the film will release in January, 2012.

With so much progress so early in her career, Shruti Haasan is not a superstar in the making, but an A-lister already.
