Actor Simbu who was last seen in the Maniratnam starrer Chekka Chivantha Vaanam, the multistarrer flick that had him playing a young gangster who avenges and aims for the throne, is currently gearing up for the release of his next, the Sundar.C directorial Vandhaa Rajavathaan Varuven.

The actor had released a video on eve of Pongal, requesting his fans not to buy the movie's tickets for hefty prices and buy in counter rates, while also insisting them not to waste money in cutouts, flex designs or banners for the release of the movie and rather get a saree for their mother or a shirt for their father, and gift them and that will make him happy.

However, today again Simbu has released a video that completely goes against his previous video. Speaking in the video, Simbu says that he had been said that he does not have enough fans and that he was trying to publicize himself with such videos, and hence, he has taken back his words, and has now said that his fans must celebrate the movie in a whole new level, with cutouts , flex designs and banners, and milk abhishekams like never before and celebrate the release of Vandha Rajavathaan varuven. With the movie releasing on February 1, this new video from Simbu has created a huge uproar on social media.
