Actor Simbu, who began shooting for Maanaadu directed by Venkat Prabhu earlier this year will resume shooting of the movie next month, after the shoot was halted due to Coronavirus pandemic.

On the other hand the actor is set to act in a quickie directed by Suseenthiran known for completing projects in quick time, and the shooting of this movie will happen in Dindigul, and is planned to be wrapped in a single schedule of 35 days.

While it was said that actress Nidhhi Agerwal who is debuting in kollywood with Jayam Ravi starrer Bhoomi will pair with Simbu, the latest update is that this movie will have music by S Thaman, and an official confirmation is expected soon. Thaman previously worked with Simbu in movies like Osthe and Vaalu.
