Vijay Sethupathi is one hero who keeps his fans happy by giving them a variety of films at regular intervals and all of them are no doubt looking forward to watch his latest offering 'Sindhubaadh' this Friday (June 21st) which touted to be an action entertainer based on the Ramayana. However the news has just arrived that the film's release is stayed as per an order from the Hyderabad High Court issued in the month of May.

It is alleged by Arka Media Works, Hyderabad the producers of 'Baahubali 2' that K Productions Rajarajan the producer of 'Sindhubaadh' and Escape Artists Madhan the producer of Dhanush's 'Enai Nokki Paayum Thotta' owe them money with regards to the distribution of their mega-hit. It is now unknown whether all concerned would sort out this problem and release 'Sindhubaadh' as planned or whether it will see another postponement.

'Sindhubaadh' directed by S.U. Arunkumar has Vijay Sethupathi and Anjali as the lead pair while Lingaa, Vivek Prasanna and Soorya Vijay Sethupathi play pivotal roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja scores the music, Vijay Karthik Kannan handles the camera and Ruben the editing.
