In sync with the movie promotion, the 'Singh Is Bliing' makers have planned a special event to celebrate the very spirit of "Being Singh". The team will observe the birth anniversary of the legendary freedom fighter Bhagat Singh, which falls on 28th September.

For this, Akshay Kumar, his co-stars Amy Jackson, Lara Dutta, director Prabhudeva will grace an event called Sadbhawna Diwas 2015, to be hosted by Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh Foundation, a unit of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Sewa Dal.

The event will be held at Yamuna Sports Complex Stadium, (Delhi) where the film's team will gather to pay a homage to Bhagat Singh. It is said that Akshay will be present for the event in a typical 'Singh' avatar. Also, apparently Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal has been invited for the event.
