Sivakarthikeyan has had a steady rise in his career for several years and has now cemented his place as one of the top most heroes of Tamil cinema. He enjoys a sizeable fan following among youth as well as family audiences.

For the past few years there have been rumours that famous action hero Arun Vijay was miffed by Sivakarthikeyan's rising popularity and some of his tweets were perceived to be attacks on the younger hero. Meme creators have also shared a video in which Arun Vijay is seen getting upset over Sivakarthikeyan's entry in a function and being greeted by director Shankar.

However the latest interaction between the two heroes has put to rest all the negativity and strongly sent the message that all is well between them. Sivakarthikeyan took to Twitter to wish Arun Vijay's son Arnav Vijay on his birthday and wrote "Happy birthday Thambi. Enjoyed your performance in Oh my dog.. Keep going, best wishes for your studies and acting career."

Arun Vijay responded by replying "Thanks a lot for the wishes brother!! Really kind of you to wish Arnav.. will surely pass it on to him." The well built star will next be seen in 'Yaanai' directed by Hari in which Priya Bhavani Shankar is paired opposite him.

Sivakarthikeyan on the other hand is gearing up for the release of his campus entertainer 'Don' directed by Cibi Chakravarthy and starring Priyanka Arul Mohan and S.J. Suryah.
