Six months jail, wrong allegation on Dharmasthala

The highly respected pilgrim center for truth and loyalty Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala is very well maintained by Sri D Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikaari. The devotees have huge regard for Sri Manjunatha blessings. Telling lies, behaving wrongly and making allegations are not part of this pilgrim center. In such a scenario K Somanath Naik of Guruvayanakere people Seva Trust President has made wrong allegations on Sri Veerendra Heggade. As a result of such wrong statements the Belthangadi Court has ordered six months imprisonment and Rs.4.39 lakhs fine.

Despite of order not to publish anything on Dharmasthala, Sri Veerendra Heggade, his institutions and family members – Dharma Sookshma` of Somanath Naik included objectionable statement. It has been a case of contempt of case on the part of Naik. Two cases were filed against Naik. Each case carries 3 months of imprisonment and the fine of Rs.4.39 lakhs should be given as compensation to Dharmasthala Veerendra Heggade.

Rathnavarma Bunnu and Badarinath Sampigeththaaya argued the case in favor of Sri Kshetra Dharmasthala.
