Ishta Movies maiden venture by N.L.Giridhar and K.S.Shivashanker 'Shivani' Kannada film song recording began at Om Sri Studio in Bangalore. James has recorded the tunes for the five songs. Rajajinagar MLA Na.La.Narendra Babu and 'Mungaru Male' producer E.Krishnappa were present on this occasion.

Vishalraj has penned the story, screenplay and directs this film. William is the cameraman. Sooraj, Shivani, Anil, Avinash, Sudharani, Chitra Shenoy, Nagaraj are also in the cast. The shooting begins at Idugunji Ganapathi Temple from May 4.
