'Pushpa', composed by Ashish Pandit of JAM8, comes with a heavy retro Bollywood flavour with respect to the stanzas. The lyrics are vivid, thanks to the smoothness of the music.
Penned by Rehman, the lyrics eulogize the romantic catharsis that the girl (played by Raashi Khanna) is. In using both regular as well as colloquial languages, the song follows a typical style. 'Mataltho madathettesav' is one of the good phrases. 'Nee saigey megha sandesham', however, is the best. Rhyming words, too, are there: 'Dharam' and 'Adhikaram' being an example.
Rendered by Nakash Aziz, the song packs a vocal punch. The voice is almost tailor-made for Mass Maharaja.
'Touch Chesi Chudu', directed by Vikram Sirikonda, also stars Seerat Kapoor, Annapurna, Murali Sharma, Freddy Daruwala and others. It might release on February 2.
