Confirming news reports that Boney Kapoor found his wife, Sridevi, motionless in a bathtub on Saturday night, the forensic report issued by Dubai's health authorities says that the legend died due to accidental drowning.
She fell into the bathtub followed by cardiac arrest. "Traces of alcohol were found in her blood," says a report.
Says Sumanth Raman, a doctor, "How can autopsy say "Accidental" drowning? They can only say drowning. How can autopsy reveal if it was accidental? Strange report. Unless there is something we don't know as yet. She was unconscious in the bathtub. Why was she unconscious is the question?"
Boney and Sridevi had a conversation before the latter went into the bathroom to take a bath. Since it took unusually long time for her to come back, Boney got suspicious. Anytime from now, her mortal remains will arrive in Mumbai in Anil Ambani's flight.
