STR's hunt starts

The shoot of Silambarasan aka STR's 'Vettai Mannan' has started in Chennai today. Directed by debutant Nelson, the action thriller is produced by S S Chakravarthy under the banner of NIC Arts.

A multi-starrer too, 'Vettai Mannan' will have Jai sharing the screen space with Simbu. "A popular Bollywood heroine will be roped in as heroine," say sources in the know.

STR's good friend Yuvan Shankar Raja will compose music for this mega budget venture, which will have comedy from Santhanam. "A trilingual to be simultaneously made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi, ‘Vettai Mannan’ will be as slick as a James Bond movie," add sources.
