In a shocking and regressive move, two Lahore University students were expelled from the University after a video of a female student proposing to her male classmate turned viral on social media.

Following this video, that University issued a notice where they had mentioned that the two students involved in gross misconduct and violation of University rules and ordered their expelling from the college.

The video features the woman going down on her knee with a bouquet and the crowd is seen cheering and her classmate accepts her proposal, and they're seen hugging. As per the University’s notification, the students didn't attend a disciplinary committee meeting regarding the incident and hence the university expelled the students and banned them from entering any of the university’s campuses.
