It has reached the boiling point. The title war has created a fodder for rumor mill between Dr Shivarajakumar and Kichcha Sudeepa.

Recently the title The Leader` was announced starring Dr Shivarajakumar by Tarun Shivappa of Rose` fame. Producer Raghunath had registered the title Leader` three years ago. Raghunath producer of Accident` Kannada cinema in an extravagant function announced his new banner SRV Productions. At this function he announced Kichcha Sudeep as his hero in the direction of Prakash of Milana fame.

Raghunath had in mind to announce the title Leader` on the muhurut of Kichcha Sudeep starring film. When this objection was raised by him for Dr Shivarajakumar film the title was changed as Mass Leader`.

A commendable sacrifice has come from writer Ajay Kumar as he has given up his title Mass Leader` for Dr Shivarajakumar film. Ajay Kumar has worked with Dr Shiv in various films in the past. He has given no objection letter to the title Mass Leader`.

KFCC announcement in the previous case says the change of title with new additions is not correct.

The title clash engulfing is a piquant situation for director Prakash because he is director for producer Raghunath film Leader` in which Kichcha Sudeep is hero. Prakash is a close relative of Dr Shivarajakumar. He worked with r Shiv in Rishi` Kannada cinema. Balancing act is what he must be thinking now.

However producer Raghunath is upset with the title Mass Leader` for Shivarjakumar film. He is writing a letter to the KFCC not to permit Mass Leader` because Leader` is his title. In case of no justice from KFCC, I would move to court for title says Raghunath.
