Suhasini is chief minister

Not in real life but on silver screen. The high profile actress and wife of internationally acclaimed director Manirathnam - Suhasini has accepted to play the chief minister in Kannada film 'Viraat'.

It is a powerful and good chief minister role that immaculately suits Suhasini madam says director H Vasu who is starting the first schedule of the film from 27th of this month.

'Viraat' is starring the box office badshah Darshan with three heroines - Vidisha Srivatsav Isha Chawla and Chytra. This expensive film of director H Vasu is setting up a glass house set at Bababudangiri Hills and shooting for 15 days in that place. This glass house is the venue for the climax and it will go into pieces in a blast. Ishwari Kumar is getting ready the set at this place.

The dashing and swashbuckling Darshan plays the international businessman in 'Viraata' in the film produced by Rathnakumar who hails from Andhra Pradesh. Rathnakumar produced four films in Telugu and his debut film was 'Sadhyam'.

The film 'Viraat' has MS Ramesh story and dialogues. AV Krishnakumar is the man behind camera; V Harikrishna is scoring the music for this film 'Viraat'.

Sumalatha Ambarish, Ravishanker, Srinivasamurthy are also in the supporting cast.
