News about legendary director Maniratnam being hospitalized in Delhi has caused much worry among fans and well wishers. Suhasini Maniratnam has issued a statement regarding the status of the much loved creator.

Suhasini has said that it is just a checkup for discomfort and that Maniratnam will be back in Chennai tomorrow, which has brought great relief for all concerned. Here is wishing good health to our foremost filmmaker.
